Since 2006
- Helping organizations develop strategy they could actually execute. Not just creating a wish list, not just creating ideas of what they hope for the future to be, but how to actually move the organization to execute their strategy 90 days at a time.
- Develop leadership relationships. We realized that there was a gap in the lives of business and organizational leaders at the top of having quality conversations and we wanted to provide a relationship with people who really get them and understood the challenges they were facing. We wanted to provide true relational leadership.
- Outsourced executive support. In the very beginning, we were providing what we call virtual operations and those operations and support have grown and expanded over the years.
Since 2006, those three things still are the main focus.
For many years, Bill worked on building the business, but he had a vision for a firm model.
Several years ago, Kai Bailey and Bill met through the introduction of a mutual friend and started working on an engagement with one of our Thrive clients together. As that progressed, we realized very quickly that both of our organizations had the same values, visions, and desires to deliver the same service. We very quickly recognized that we were the perfect definition of the word synergy, and that Kai and Bill would work together and accomplish more together than we would separately. Now, we have grown into more of a firm model refining our processes on how we deliver our service to provide our clients the best experience possible. We now have a team of fractional COOs and a team of experts to serve our clients.
