Kelci Lundrigan
Kelci Lundrigan is a highly accomplished Operations Executive with over 18 years of experience in C-Suite positions. She has a proven track record of success as the Founder and CEO of two startups, as well as the recent Operations Partner of a boutique investment consulting firm.
In addition, she serves as a Fractional COO, managing several small businesses with current EBITAs between $2-30M.
Greg Pilewski
Greg began his career spending thirty years in the entertainment/construction field. He has extensive experience as a results-oriented manager focused on business planning, market development, strategic growth, sales, and distribution for new and existing products/services worldwide.
Greg translated his early experience of Stage Management of live production into the building of Fine Art spaces. He has been in management roles of companies that integrated static and dynamic rigging and lighting systems into performance venues of all types from small educational spaces to major performing arts centers. He has also had the pleasure of being on the teams that have helped bring multiple theme park rides to life at major theme parks including many in and around Orlando. He then utilized his experience that helped develop the businesses that he worked with to make the transition to Consultant/Coach for any business. As a Certified Business Coach he implemented the creative process used in entertainment to the aiding the growth and success of companies in other industries.

His innovative approach and enthusiasm for developing and harnessing resources and networks align perfectly with Thrive's mission. David Merhib
David Merhib is currently working as a Growth Ambassador at Thrive Business Operations and Business Development Manager at Qualflex Technologies. Previously, he served as President and CEO of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce in Greer, SC, and as President and CEO of the Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce in Brookings, SD. He has also held the position of Executive Director of the Visual Arts Center at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, SD.
David has served on multiple boards, including the Carolina Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, Greer Development Corporation, and Greenville Technical College at Benson Campus. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Management from the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute of Organizational Management and is a graduate of the Riley Institute’s award-winning Diversity Leaders Initiative (DLI).
David earned his Master's Degree in Administration from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon in Art History. He is married and has four children.
